Highest Paying Programming Languages 2020

stack Overflow recently released a list of the highest paying programming languages . All aspiring programmers or developers looking for a switch want to choose a programming language that offers a good career graph both knowledge-wise and financially.
Thankfully, Stack Overflow gives a close estimate of actual salary figures for the highest paying programming languages used across the world.
The Developer Survey for 2020 by Stack Overflow is out now and it reveals that globally, respondents who use Perl, Scala, and Go tend to have the highest salaries. All three languages have a median salary of around $75,000.
What’s most interesting is that Perl, also ranks on the list of top most dreaded languages in 2020, securing the third position on it. But this may also be a reason why learning Perl has the most financial incentives. To compensate for the dearth of Perl developers, companies need to pay more in order to lure developers.
Why Perl, Scala and Go and it's alternative languages get's high payment ?
Perl : Perl is a general-purpose programming language originally developed for text manipulation and now used for a wide range of tasks including system administration, web development, network programming, GUI development, and more.Due to it's wide use it has became highest paying language.
GO : Go is designed specifically as a systems programming language for large, distributed systems and highly-scalable network servers. In that vein, it replaces C++ and Java in Google's software stack.
Scala : Scala is a general purpose language that can be used to develop solutions for any software problem. Martin Odersky has done a great job to marry functional programming features with object oriented concepts of java.Scala can produce a lot more concise code as compared to Java.
